**Onyx** is a black gemstone that is said to ward off the evil eye. It is associated with strength and protection.

**Onyx** is the name of my new art codebase that I've been working on for about a year.

**Onyx** is a simple server. It is modular and architected to change as the web evolves. It is a milestone for my current artistic practice and forever a work in progress.

**Onyx** is play on words. Graffiti writers use blackbooks to sketch their work in. **Onyx** is my black/sketch book.

Previous codebase were named Outline, Orch, and GOODGRAPHICS. I thank them for all of the support they have given me in my journey so far.
