I've been sketching!
Recently, I rebuilt my artstack for the 3rd time. In past versions, I've struggled balancing a desire for a set of tools that I can reuse for each sketch vs wanting each sketch to be independent and not too tightly coupled to the rest of the codebase. In my newest stack I've stopped using javascript frameworks like Next.js and Svlete Kit, the technologist powering my first two versions, and instead opted to just use simple javascript files. In the long run this makes my code more composable and flexible and I'm really excited about that. It's gotten me in the mood to sketch and try ideas again and I wanted to share some of the things I've been making over the last few days:
