artsupply

One of my goals with the School of Creative Software is to make the field of creative coding more accessible. One way to do that is by offering workshops to a wide array of people. Another way is to create code libraries. A code library lowers the bar of entry for everyone by creating pieces of reuseable code that anyone can use.

artsupply is a utility library for creative coding. It is the first open source codebase from the School of Creative Software. I created it sometime last year with every creative coding function that I use in my personal art stack, see version 0.0.4. For version 1 I decided to prune the functionality back to a smaller and more focused set of code. The hope is that over time I continue to add creative coding algorithms to it and watch it grow organically. But for now this is enough. Check out the docs and let me know your thoughts: github.com/schoolofcreativesoftware/artsupply.
